  ~ HOW TO ORDER ~

1. E-mail using the contact form or call​, WhatsApp or SMS

2. Quote the CODE of the item you want to order, state whether you would like to have the item stitched if applicable

3. A measurement form is shared with you for items that require stitching

4. Stitching is an additional cost unless the item is readymade

5. Once your order is receive, we will issue you with an invoice and banking details; via your preferred method of communication

6. Payment is required in part of full to secure your order, and within 3 days of issue of the invoice

7. ​Bank Transfer, Cash, E-Wallet & LayBy accepted​

8. Terms and Conditions apply for LayBy orders

9. Payment confirmation must be sent via email or WhatsApp or SMS to confirm your order

10. Your order is processed on payment receipt

11. If the item ordered is in stock, it will be dispatched for courier delivery once your payment has cleared

12. Approximate Delivery time for items not in stock is 3-4 weeks depending on the item being ordered

13. Free courier delivery on all orders over R800 in value (applicable to delivery within courier zones)

14. A 70% deposit is required to secure any/all orders with the balance payable before delivery or prior to/on collection (DEPOSIT & Payment Terms vary for LAYBY orders)

15. Delivery time on bridal or custom outfits is approx. 5-6 weeks

16. Stitched garments will add to delivery times & is an additional cost

17. Please note there are delays during festive and public holidays and at times with customs clearance, please take this into consideration when planning your orders

18. Angel Sarees is not liable for any delays in delivery as a result of orders placed with short notice iro delivery times

19. Angel Sarees is not liable for sizing issues where stitching is required and measurements have been submitted.

 

~ DELIVERIES ~

• We offer country wide delivery of all our products within South Africa, door to door delivery is free for all orders over R800. International Delivery - please query when placing orders.

• Delivery is free to all major areas serviced by major courier companies within South Africa.

• Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so please provide your full street address with zip code and valid telephone / mobile number.

• Please note that Angel Sarees cannot be held liable for any delays, damage or errors incurred by the courier service provider being used to deliver your order.

• Courier pick up takes place only during the working days of the week, excludes weekends and public holidays. For overnight or weekend/public holiday delivery service, please contact us for rates/fees that will apply.

• Delivery times vary depending on the area being serviced by the respective courier company being used.

• Times to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and some times due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

• If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in delivery because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay for reasons out of our control, we will notify you via e-mail, WhatsApp or sms.

• Any dates for delivery are approximate only hence we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer a refund to you for the unfulfilled part of the order.

• Should the order / product be returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, Angel Sarees will not be responsible in such cases for any additional delivery fees to re-dispatch items nor will we provide any refunds.

 

COLOR AND DESIGN DISCLAIMER

• Please bear in mind that when placing an order that there is the possibility of minor variation in colour.

• Although extra attention is given to accurately reproduce colours, as seen on the monitor by you, still there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product due to the nature of fabric dyes. 

• All images that are on our website are for reference purposes only and style of blouses & tops may vary from the actual picture as they stitched for display & modelling purposes by design houses. 

• Variation may also be experienced because of different resolutions, monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers used.

• Garments also have a tendency to reflect different shades of colour under different lights. A 10% variation in shade is considered as normal.

• The customers who are preferring items with beaded embroidery and sequins must be aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments might come off due to shipping & handling however not to the detriment of the design. 

• Remember, even with the best of handling and care, this problem cannot be avoided altogether. So, before ordering such item please keeps these things in mind. We are at your service and it is our endeavour to provide you best garments and accessories.
